THE BEING WAY
Hello, and welcome to The Being Way. Thank you for finding yourself here.
The Being Way is not a formula or a framework. It’s a way of moving through life, and through change with more awareness, and presence.
Imagine walking a winding path, in an empty landscape, uncertain of what lies ahead. But you are not alone. A guide is walking beside you. As you walk together the landscape comes alive with vibrant colours and details, the world revealing itself in new ways.
This is how I experience coaching work. We begin without needing to know exactly where we’re going. And as perspective shifts through our exploration, what once felt confusing, or stuck starts to take shape. Over time, people arrive somewhere new: not because they were pushed there, but because they learned how to listen more deeply to themselves.
The Being Way is an invitation to slow down and to meet yourself with greater clarity and compassion, so the way forward can emerge.
MY ROLE AS A COACH
(A little different to what you might expect)

My role is not to tell you who to be or how to live your life.
It is to help quiet the noise - the expectations, the analysing, the stories you’ve learned to tell yourself - so that something deeper can be heard beneath it all.
I listen deeply and without agenda. I pay attention not only to what is said, but to what is felt, avoided, repeated, or waiting patiently beneath the surface.
This way of listening allows me to meet people as they really are, not as they think they should be.
I work intuitively, relationally, and with respect for your pace. I will reflect honestly, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you, always in service of helping you zoom out, gain perspective, and create more space around what feels difficult or stuck.

I BELIEVE
That each person has their own unique wisdom. My role as a coach is to cease the chatter of everyday life, quieten the noise of other people's expectations, put aside societal norms for a moment, and turn down the noise of the analytic brain, so we can dive deep into the inner wisdom that lies beneath below the surface.
THE FOUNDATION OF THE BEING WAY METHOD
Is to hold a safe space for people where I listen deeply with all-encompassing awareness and respect. Having whole presence, strong listening abilities, and a clear intuition helps me see and hear how people are really experiencing their world. This combination of factors allows me to become aware and aligned with client's truest, most heartfelt desires. I am not afraid to challenge the status quo, and I wholeheartedly believe in supporting people to live the life they dream of.

WHAT SETS THE BEING WAY APART
is a unique blend of coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices. Through interweaving these approaches, I assist with deep transformations that create long-lasting positive changes in people's lives. Some of the therapeutic practices I use include inner child work, externalisation, role play, and mindfulness-based support.

MY PURPOSE
Is to support conscious change—both one-to-one and in the collective. I do this by assisting people to tune into what truly matters to them, and gently tune out what doesn’t, so they can live with greater meaning, joy, and alignment.
