WELCOME TO THE BEING WAY
The Being Way is a consciously curated life coaching approach that integrates elements from life coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness. This innovative method was developed by Bree Nicholls, the founder of The Being Way.
Bree has incorporated her knowledge from a Bachelor of Counselling degree, her life coaching certification, the insights gained as a client of a psychotherapist for 10 years, and the experiences from various mindfulness and meditation courses, as well as her years working as a counsellor and international life coach. She has combined all these valuable teachings into creating The Being Way.
WE BELIEVE
That each person has their own unique wisdom. Our role as coaches is to cease the chatter of everyday life, quieten the noise of other people's expectations, put aside societal norms for a moment, and turn down the noise of the analytic brain, so we can dive deep into our client's wisdom which lies within.
THE FOUNDATION OF OUR METHOD
Is to hold a safe space for people where we listen deeply with all-encompassing awareness and respect. Having whole presence, exceptional listening skills, and a sharp intuition means that our life coaches can see and hear how people are really experiencing their world. This combination of factors allows us to become fully aligned with our client's truest, most heartfelt desires. We are not afraid to challenge the status quo and we work hard to support our clients to live the life they dream of.
OUR PURPOSE
Is to inspire positive thought and change for our clients. We do this by guiding people closer in the direction of their hearts, and then we move outwards, from this place, helping people to live the life they dream of. We know it’s possible because we see it succeed over, and over again.
WHAT SETS US APART
Is that we practice with a unique blend of coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness. Through interweaving these distinct approaches, we facilitate deep transformations and long-lasting positive changes in people's lives. Some of our integrative therapeutic practices include inner child work, narrative therapy, gestalt therapy, positive psychology, CBT, and mindfulness techniques.
