Imagine walking a winding path in an empty landscape, uncertain of what lies ahead. Yet you are not alone - a guide is walking beside you. As you move forward, the landscape begins to come alive with colour and detail, revealing what was waiting to be seen.
This is how I experience our coaching work. We begin with where you feel called to move toward, and as our conversations unfold, your perspective shifts and the path becomes clearer.
Over time, we arrive somewhere new, and you grow not by being pushed, but by learning to listen to yourself more deeply.

The Being Way is an invitation to slow down and to meet yourself with greater clarity and presence, so the way forward can emerge.
MY ROLE AS A COACH

Is to help quieten the noise - the expectations, the analysing, the stories you’ve learned to tell yourself - so that something greater can be heard beneath it all.
I listen deeply and without agenda. I pay attention not only to what is said, but to what is felt, avoided, repeated, or waiting patiently beneath the surface.
This way of being allows me to meet people as they really are, not as they think they should be.
I work intuitively, relationally, and with respect for your pace. I will reflect honestly, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you, always in service of helping you zoom out, gain perspective, and create more space around what feels difficult or stuck.

I SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH:

Clarity creates safety, so here is some of what you can expect:
1:1 coaching sessions take place either in person or via Zoom, depending on what suits you best. I start by creating a safe, grounded container for our work, then we explore what brought you here and where you’d like to be. All sessions are supported with coaching and counselling tools and mindfulness practices to guide you along the way.
There are no packages and no upfront financial commitments. Sessions are paid for as they happen, and I regularly check in to make sure the work still feels supportive and aligned.
Many people begin with weekly sessions and naturally space them out over time, but the frequency is always decided together. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and there is nothing you need to prepare, I work with you exactly as you are on the day.

Is to support conscious change—both one-to-one and in the collective. I do this by assisting people to tune into what truly matters to them, and gently tune out what doesn’t, so they can live with greater meaning, joy, and alignment.
