Most people who work with us are keen to understand themselves and the way they operate on a deeper level. They are ready to peel off the layers to get to the core of what lies beneath the surface. The peeling off the layers is where we – the coach – come in. We start at the outer layers by sitting with you in whole, deep presence, listening to what you share with our whole selves (our physical self, our emotional self, our mental self, and our spiritual self) and then we start to ask you powerful, reflective questions which opens you deeper and deeper to the core of who you are. Once we are here, sitting in the core of your being, this is where the AHA moments happen, that sudden perspective shift where everything suddenly lines up and it all begins to make sense, with ease and understanding. This beautiful perspective shift and reframe is what keeps our clients coming back to us every week because they suddenly have access to a powerful tool that helps them to see & understand things differently, in a way that changes their life. The rewards outweigh the financial investment, and if you know people who see a (good) coach, you will have already witnessed how they and their lives have changed since they started. The process can be challenging, it’s deep, it’s powerful, and we can confirm that your life will change because of it. Additional information on the process: When you book your first session online, you will be sent a zoom link, a Welcome form, and an Intake form. You fill in the intake form before your first session and send it back to us. Upon the end of your session, we work out a frequency plan that best fits you. The majority of our clients begin weekly, to get the most of their coaching investment and then they move back to a lesser frequency or finish when they feel ready.
