Service Description

Most people who choose to go for 1:1 coaching are keen to understand themselves and their challenges on a deeper level. They are ready to peel back the layers to get to the core of what lies beneath. The peeling off the layers is where we – the coach – come in. We start at the outer layers by sitting with you in whole, deep presence, listening to what you share, and then we begin to ask you powerful, reflective questions that deepen your awareness of yourself and the presenting issue at hand. Once we are here, working in the greater depths, this is where the 'aha' moments begin to occur, those sudden perspective shifts where everything lines up and it all begins to make sense, with ease and understanding. Clients suddenly have access to a powerful tool that assists them to comprehend things differently, in a way that changes the outcomes in their life. The rewards outweigh the financial investment, and if you know people who see a (good) coach, you will have already witnessed how they and their lives have changed since they started. Clients are then equipped to use these tools in their everyday lives, becoming their own personal coach in times of arising challenges or conflicts. Additional information on the process: When you book your first session online, you will be sent a zoom link, and a Client Intake form. You fill in the intake form before your first session and it is sent it back to us. Upon the end of your session, a conversation is had on how you would like to move forward. If you are inspired to proceed, a frequency plan is created. Clients are in control of their own frequency plan and a collaborative conversation is had on what works best for them.
